When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and optional profile photo. When you submit a project request, we collect your name, email, company, project details, and attached files. We do not collect payment information. This site does not process payments.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. The cookie supports the client dashboard and admin area. We do not use the cookie for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate your account, respond to project requests, deliver agreed work, and discuss your project. We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Who processes your data

Supabase hosts account data, project data, and file storage. Vercel hosts the site. Our email provider sends account confirmation and password reset emails. Each provider follows its own privacy practices.

5. Data retention

Needs legal review: Set retention periods for request data, account data, and files. Review these periods before launch.

We retain account and project data while your account stays active. Contact us to request account and related data deletion.

6. Your rights
