Why server checks matter in client systems
Browsers and game clients provide an interface. The server still owns data, permissions, and state changes.
The client sends input
Client checks improve feedback. Server checks protect data and outside actions before a request changes anything.
Validation belongs near the operation
A reliable product defines allowed values, length limits, access rules, and record links near the operation they protect.
Keep the public result small
Return the status and next action the interface needs. Keep internal notes, database IDs, credentials, and staff details inside staff tools.
